Delivery & Installation

Before your sofa is manufactured, a delivery evaluation may be recommended where the entrance in which your sofa will go through is tight.  Delivery evaluations start at $50.00 + GST.  Once a delivery evaluation has been completed, biltmore domicile takes full responsibility in ensuring your sofa will fit into your space.  Alternatively, biltmore domicile can guide you in measuring your entrance.

Your sofa will be delivered to your home within six to eight weeks from the time your order is completed and sent to the factory.  Delivery fee starts at $100.00 + taxes.  Additional fees are charged for the installation of sofas with detachable arms and/or backs. 

Deliveries are scheduled once your sofa is built and you are ready to receive it.  You will receive a phone call to notify you of the delivery dates and times available.  Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. throughout the week.

Lifetime Warranty

biltmore domicile’s lifetime warranty covers the frame, coils, fabric, foam, and/or down feather filling of its custom sofas.  These parts are warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal usage in a residential setting for the life of the original owner: frames and all frame parts including legs, casters, and hardware.  Seat cushion cores and all seat cushion filling material are warranted against the loss of resiliency and manufacturing defects.  Softening and moderate flattening of seat cushions and filling will result from normal use and does not indicate loss of resiliency.

The warranty is rendered invalid if the item in question was subjected to misuse, accident, fire or improper cleaning or handling.  In no event shall liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.  The findings by biltmore domicile are final relative to the ultimate disposition of the request.  Requests for service under this warranty should promptly be made by contacting the store where the item was purchased.  The customer agrees to follow reasonable instructions with respect to the repair of any defective product.  Shipping costs outside the store’s normal trading area are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

No refunds are given.  Only credits are given where a manufactured custom sofa is returned within 30 days. Sales of floor models are final sales.
